Tomorrow is the launch date of a big project I've been working on for the past few months. And to gather stories for the project—which I'll tell you more about tomorrow—I've taken a few trips, like one last week to Raleigh, North Carolina. My new friend Duncan (who shot this beautiful elopement video you might've seen last fall) and I visited the incredible home of Raleigh. Formerly known as Raleigh Denim, this homegrown manufacturer of high-end jeans is a destination shopping spot. In the front of the factory, they sell their premium collections and some other great brands in what they call The Curatory. And while you shop, you can peek through a set of windows to watch the workers as they cut, stitch, and inspect their jeans. This company prides itself on craftmanship and it shows. The Curatory is filled with truly beautiful stuff, but what I was most inspired by was the ceiling covered in paper planes. Apparently the team had a folding party one night and decided to hang the kraft paper models from strings attached to the ceiling!
